Refund Policy

At Off Montana Marketing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the nature of our work—customized strategies, dedicated time, and resources—we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments made for services—including consultations, ad account management, content strategy, or other marketing services—are non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.

Cancellations

To receive a full refund for a scheduled service (including strategy calls, consultations, or service packages), you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Project-Based Work

For multi-phase or long-term projects, refund eligibility (if any) will be outlined in your individual service agreement. In general, work completed and delivered is non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and may limit or terminate further service engagements.
